Your TAIL account has wallets for trading. The deposit flow can also give you a dedicated address that routes a supported deposit into your balance. A wallet address and a routed deposit address are not interchangeable instructions.
Always take the destination, source chain, and accepted asset from the current deposit screen. Do not reuse an address from an old screenshot or substitute a different token because its name looks similar.
Make a deposit.
- Open Wallet in the app and choose Deposit.
- Select the chain you are sending from. Read the accepted asset and the quote or fee information shown.
- Copy the displayed address and verify it in the sending wallet along with the chain and asset.
- Send the supported asset, then use the deposit tracker and your balance to check its progress.
A source chain is not a trading promise.
Base is already a supported deposit source. That does not mean Base token copying is live. Routed deposits are intended to arrive as Solana USDC in your TAIL balance, while supported trades have their own chain coverage.
The app’s current deposit choices are authoritative. Available routes can change, and the quote is specific to the route you selected.
If the money has not appeared.
First check the sending transaction, chain, asset, and destination. Then check the deposit tracker. A transaction being sent is not the same as the routed deposit having arrived.
A transfer made directly to a trading wallet can appear in its balance without a routed-deposit history row. If you are comparing history with your balance, keep that distinction in mind. Do not send a second transfer simply to make a history row appear.
Only send the asset the deposit screen accepts. Other assets may not be recoverable through the deposit route.
