Read the plan before you confirm.
The amount in your account and the amount available for a particular withdrawal can differ. The plan accounts for the route, fees, and any balances that must be converted or cannot be included.
Check what leaves, what is expected to arrive, and what stays behind. Max is a request to calculate the available withdrawal; it is not a promise that every asset can be moved through every route.
Check these four things.
- Destination: the address and chain must be the ones you intend to receive on.
- Asset and amount: read the expected received amount, not only the amount leaving TAIL.
- Conversion and fees: inspect the plan when balances need converting. Market movement can change the final result.
- Confirmation: complete only the confirmations requested by the current flow, then keep the status or receipt until arrival is established.
Pending is a state, not an invitation to retry.
Some withdrawals have more than one step. A source transaction can finish while the destination leg is still in progress. The final receipt and destination transaction are the useful evidence of arrival.
If the app reports a pending or uncertain result, check that existing withdrawal before starting another. If the route is refused before sending, read the reason and review the updated plan.
A hold has to be resolved through the app.
Security checks may ask for additional confirmation or place a hold on a new destination. Use the account’s available confirmation flow. Do not share a private key, sign an unexplained transaction, or send funds to someone claiming they can release a hold for you.
The app is the place for withdrawal actions. The extension may participate in a device confirmation; it is not a separate withdrawal wallet.
